Hello Gorgeous,

This month feels lit on all levels. June feels like a threshold — a deep exhale after an incredibly accelerated season of light, remembrance, shedding, activation and expansion. And now, we enter this new month in the afterglow of the Full Blue Moon in Sagittarius… a frequency that continues to illuminate truth, vision, possibility and the deeper call of the Soul.

I've been reflecting a lot lately on how quickly life can transform when we allow ourselves to fully meet what is unfolding instead of resisting it. There is so much shifting collectively right now, and I know many of you are feeling it too.

The old identities, timelines, coping mechanisms and versions of self that once felt safe simply cannot come with us where we are going.

As we move toward the peak light of the Summer Solstice, there is a richness available in this season that asks us not only to activate… but to integrate. To slow down enough to actually receive. To allow the body to catch up with the expansion of the Soul.

One of the things I am most excited for this month is transmitting from Portugal during our LumiVitae LUMINAIRE gathering with our global team. I still can't believe I'll literally be sleeping in a castle in Sintra — a full vision board moment come to life.

You do not need to rush your becoming. You do not need to prove your light. You do not need to force clarity. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is soften enough to listen.
