Please read carefully before proceeding.

By enrolling in Private 1:1 Mentorship with Kristen Stuart (Sacred Femme Consulting Inc.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. You will be required to confirm your agreement by checking a box in your enrollment questionnaire.

1. Scope of Services

• 1.1 Mentor agrees to provide 1:1 mentorship services to Client as mutually agreed upon. Services may include Zoom sessions, Telegram mentorship, and/or in-person retreats at destinations determined and agreed upon by both parties.

2. Term of Agreement

• 2.1 This Agreement shall commence on the date of purchase and continue for the duration specified at checkout.

3. 1:1 Call Sessions

• 3.1 Sessions will be conducted virtually via Zoom and/or Telegram at mutually agreed dates and times.

• 3.2 Zoom sessions will be approximately 60 minutes in duration, unless otherwise stated.

• 3.3 Telegram mentorship may take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM MST. Engagement is intended to be spread throughout the day, not continuous.

4. 1:1 Call Policy

• 4.1 A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 call.

• 4.2 Cancellations made within 72 hours or missed sessions will be considered forfeited.

• 4.3 Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period will be provided; after this, the session will be marked as missed. Any late arrival time will be deducted from the session.

5. Fees and Payment

• 5.1 Client agrees to pay the fees as specified at checkout. All payments are in USD.

• 5.2 Payments may be made via one-time wire transfer or an agreed-upon payment plan.

• 5.3 In the event of a failed payment, Client must resolve the issue within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in the mentorship being paused until payment is received.

6. Cancellation & Termination Policy

• 6.1 All purchases are non-refundable.

• 6.2 Should the Client cancel prior to completing the mentorship term, all outstanding fees must be paid in full within 10 business days.

• 6.3 Early termination requires mutual agreement by both parties. If termination occurs, Client agrees to:

  • Pay the equivalent of two months of the Mentorship Agreement (as outlined at checkout).

  • Sign a cancellation agreement.

  • Upon receipt of payment and signed cancellation agreement, the contract will be officially terminated.

• 6.4 Clients who paid in full and choose to end the mentorship early will not be entitled to a refund.

7. Confidentiality

• 7.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during sessions.

• 7.2 Exceptions apply in cases where there is risk of harm to self or others.

8. Miscellaneous

• 8.1 This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between Client and Mentor and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

• 8.2 Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

• 8.3 Client grants Sacred Femme Consulting Inc. permission to use testimonials, including comments, photos, and related content, for marketing purposes across social media and other platforms, with acknowledgment of their participation in the program.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions for participation in 1:1 Mentorship with Kristen Stuart (Sacred Femme Consulting Inc.).
