Please read carefully before proceeding.

By enrolling in Private 1:1 Mentorship with Kristen Stuart (Sacred Femme Consulting Inc.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. You will be required to confirm your agreement by checking a box in your enrollment questionnaire.

1. Scope of Services

• 1.1 Mentor agrees to provide 1:1 mentorship services to Client as mutually agreed upon. Services may include Zoom sessions, Telegram mentorship, and/or in-person retreats at destinations determined and agreed upon by both parties.

2. Term of Agreement

• 2.1 This Agreement shall commence on the date of purchase and continue for the duration specified at checkout (the "mentorship term").

• 2.2 All 1:1 calls included in the Client's mentorship are to be booked and held within the mentorship term. For example, all six calls of the 3-Month 1:1 Mentorship are held within three months of the purchase date.

3. 1:1 Call Sessions

• 3.1 Sessions will be conducted virtually via Zoom and/or Telegram at mutually agreed dates and times.

• 3.2 Zoom sessions will be approximately 60 minutes in duration, unless otherwise stated.

• 3.3 Telegram mentorship takes place weekly, with no set times. Engagement is intended to be spread throughout the day, not continuous.

• 3.4 If Kristen Stuart needs to reschedule a 1:1 call because of illness, travel, retreats or unforeseen circumstances, her team will offer the Client a new time as soon as possible. If a call Kristen reschedules cannot be held within the mentorship term, the term will be extended for that call so that no call is lost. Such adjustments do not change the Client's investment and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. 1:1 Call Policy

• 4.1 A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 call.

• 4.2 Cancellations made within 72 hours or missed sessions will be considered forfeited.

• 4.3 Clients are expected to arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period will be provided; after this, the session will be marked as missed. Any late arrival time will be deducted from the session.

• 4.4 The Client is responsible for booking their 1:1 calls within the mentorship term outlined in Section 2. Calls not booked or held within the term, other than calls rescheduled by Kristen under Section 3.4, are forfeited, with no refunds, credits or extensions provided.

5. Fees and Payment

• 5.1 Client agrees to pay the fees as specified at checkout. All payments are in USD.

• 5.2 Payments may be made via one-time wire transfer or an agreed-upon payment plan.

• 5.3 In the event of a failed payment, Client must resolve the issue within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in the mentorship being paused until payment is received.

6. Cancellation & Termination Policy

• 6.1 All purchases are non-refundable, whether paid in full or on a payment plan.

• 6.2 A payment plan is a commitment to the full investment. If the Client chooses to end their mentorship early, all remaining scheduled payments remain due, except as set out in 6.3.

• 6.3 For 12-Month 1:1 Mentorship paid monthly only, early termination may be arranged by mutual agreement. In that case, the Client agrees to pay the equivalent of two monthly payments (as outlined at checkout) and sign a cancellation agreement. Once payment and the signed cancellation agreement are received, the contract is officially terminated and no further payments are due.

• 6.4 For all other 1:1 Mentorship, including the 3-Month 1:1 Mentorship, there is no early termination option. Clients who end their mentorship early remain responsible for the full investment, and no refund is given for unused calls or time.

• 6.5 Clients who paid in full and choose to end their mentorship early are not entitled to a refund.

7. Confidentiality

• 7.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during sessions.

• 7.2 Exceptions apply in cases where there is risk of harm to self or others.

8. Miscellaneous

• 8.1 This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between Client and Mentor and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

• 8.2 Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

• 8.3 Client grants Sacred Femme Consulting Inc. permission to use testimonials, including comments, photos, and related content, for marketing purposes across social media and other platforms, unless otherwise stated by the Client, with acknowledgment of their participation in the program.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions for participation in 1:1 Mentorship with Kristen Stuart (Sacred Femme Consulting Inc.).
