SOLARA
Agreement & Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before proceeding.
This Mentorship Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Sacred Femme Consulting Inc. (“Mentor” or “Kristen Stuart”) and the undersigned (“Client”), effective as of the date of enrollment (the “Effective Date”).
By enrolling in THE SOURCE Mentorship with Kristen Stuart (Sacred Femme Consulting Inc.), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. You will be required to confirm your agreement by checking a box in your enrollment questionnaire.
1. Scope of Services
During the Term (defined below), Mentor agrees to provide the Client with mentorship services under the program known as SOLARA (the “Program”), which may include, but are not limited to:
1.1 Two (2) monthly mastermind calls focused on energetics and frequency-led strategy.
1.2 One (1) monthly ceremony and ascension teachings call, including somatics, practices, and embodiment work.
1.3 One (1) private one-on-one call (per agreement term, unless otherwise specified).
1.4 A two-night, three-day in-person immersion (travel and accommodation not included).
1.5 Access to a private Telegram Temple community.
1.6 Remote activations into the SOLARA energetic field.
1.7 Access to any live offerings occurring during the Client’s enrollment period.
1.8 Additional services or activities may be provided at the sole discretion of Mentor and are subject to change.
2. Term of Agreement
2.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of either six (6) months or twelve (12) months, as selected at checkout (the “Term”).
2.2 The Program requires a minimum commitment of six (6) or twelve (12) months, as chosen by the Client.
SOLARA is a six month or one-year commitment (as selected at checkout).
3. Sessions
3.1 All group and private sessions will be conducted virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Each virtual session will be approximately one (1) hour in duration, unless otherwise specified by Mentor.
3.3 Dates and times for group sessions are determined by Mentor and subject to change with notice.
3.4 The in-person immersion will be scheduled by Mentor; Client is solely responsible for travel and accommodation expenses.
4. Fees & Payment
4.1 Program fees are confirmed at checkout in United States Dollars (USD).
4.2 Payments are processed via Stripe and automatically charged on the date of initial enrollment each month (unless otherwise arranged).
4.3 Payments made by credit card may include processing fees as determined by the payment processor.
4.4 In the event of a failed payment, Client must resolve the issue and remit payment within five (5) business days. Access to the Program will be suspended until payment is received in full.
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 All payments made are non-refundable.
5.2 If the Client cancels prior to the completion of the Term, any outstanding fees for the remainder of the Term must be paid in full within ten (10) business days.
5.3 Early termination requires mutual agreement between Mentor and Client. If approved, the following terms apply:
Cancellation Fee: Client must pay a fee equivalent to three (3) months of Program fees (as selected at checkout).
Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full immediately via wire transfer. Credit card payments will include applicable processing fees.
Cancellation Agreement: Client must sign a written Cancellation Agreement confirming termination.
Termination of Access: Once payment is received and the agreement is signed, all access to SOLARA materials, calls, recordings, Telegram groups, and activations will end immediately.
Future Enrollment: The cancellation fee does not grant continued access. Should the Client wish to re-enroll in the future, full payment will be required.
Confidentiality: All confidentiality terms from this Agreement continue to apply after termination.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 All information shared by Mentor or other participants within SOLARA is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed outside of the Program.
6.2 Exceptions to confidentiality include any situation where there is risk of harm to self or others, in which case disclosure may be required.
7. Intellectual Property & Marketing
7.1 All materials provided within SOLARA, including but not limited to recordings, written materials, and activations, remain the intellectual property of Sacred Femme Consulting Inc. and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.
7.2 By enrolling, Client grants permission to Sacred Femme Consulting Inc. to use testimonials, photos, or related content for marketing purposes, unless Client withdraws consent in writing.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
8.2 Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
8.3 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in the SOLARA Mentorship and checking the acknowledgment box in the enrollment form, Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement and Cancellation Policy
