Please read carefully before proceeding.

This agreement is between you ("the Client") and Sacred Femme Consulting, Inc., operating as Kristen Stuart ("Kristen"). It applies to the Tailored VIP Day with Kristen. By purchasing your VIP Day and signing your intake form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

1. Your VIP Day

Your VIP Day is a private, in-person day with Kristen, custom curated for you. It includes:

• A full private VIP Day with Kristen

• Personalized guidance, coaching and activation

• Sacred ceremony, ritual and experiences custom curated for you and your path

• Lunch and dinner on the day

• One night of accommodation

• A PDF takeaway to support your integration after the day

• Two weeks of private Telegram support following your VIP Day

Anything not listed here is not included.

2. Investment and payment

The investment for your VIP Day is $5,000 USD, paid in full at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable.

3. Your 6-month window

Your VIP Day is to be held within 6 months of your purchase date. Kristen's team will reach out after your purchase to book your date. A VIP Day that has not been held within 6 months of purchase expires, and no refund or credit is given.

4. Location, travel and accommodation

VIP Days are held in person with Kristen in Alberta, Canada, or in another location where Kristen is holding VIP Days at the time. Your location and accommodation details are shared once your date is confirmed.

One night of accommodation is included. Travel, additional nights, transportation, travel insurance and personal expenses are your responsibility. Please wait until your date is confirmed in writing before booking travel. Kristen is not responsible for travel costs if a date changes for any reason. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule your VIP Day with at least 72 hours' notice, by emailing hello@kristenstuart.com. Your new date must fall within your original 6-month window.

With less than 72 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, your VIP Day is forfeited and no refund is given.

If a serious illness or emergency prevents you from attending, Kristen may, at her discretion, offer you one new date or a private Telegram mastermind day. If you are unable to hold your VIP Day within your 6-month window for the same reason, you may request a one-time extension of up to 3 months, or a credit of your investment toward SOLARA or a retreat with Kristen. No refunds are given.

If Kristen needs to move your VIP Day because of illness or an emergency, her team will choose a new date with you, even if it falls outside your original 6-month window.

6. Telegram support and your takeaway

Your two weeks of private Telegram support begin the day after your VIP Day. Kristen responds personally Monday to Friday. Support ends after two weeks and does not carry over. Your PDF takeaway is delivered after your VIP Day for your ongoing integration.

7. The nature of this work

Your VIP Day is spiritual mentorship, which may include meditation, energy work, ceremony, ritual, movement and intuitive guidance. Kristen is not a medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, financial advisor or lawyer, and this work does not replace medical, psychological, financial or legal care. You remain responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing, and you are always free to decline any practice during the day.

8. Your results

Every Woman's experience is her own. Kristen brings her full presence, care and expertise to your day, and the outcomes you create are yours. No specific personal, spiritual, financial or business results are promised or guaranteed.

9. Wellbeing and assumption of risk

Please share in your intake any health, mobility or wellbeing considerations that would help Kristen hold you well. Some experiences may involve physical movement, time outdoors, breathwork or ceremony. By attending, you confirm you are participating voluntarily, that you will let Kristen know if anything feels unsafe for you, and that you accept responsibility for your own participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Kristen Stuart and Sacred Femme Consulting, Inc. from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence.

10. Confidentiality and privacy

What you share with Kristen, in your intake, on your VIP Day and in Telegram, is held in confidence. Your intake answers are used only to curate your day. Kristen will never name you or share your story publicly without your written permission. Your information is not sold, and is held in the platforms Kristen's team uses for booking, payment and communication.

11. Intellectual property

All teachings, transmissions, materials and your PDF takeaway remain the intellectual property of Kristen Stuart. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold or taught without written permission.

12. Recording

You are welcome to record parts of your VIP Day for your own integration. Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared, posted or distributed unless authorized by Kristen or Team Kristen Stuart.

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

14. Your agreement

By purchasing your VIP Day and signing your intake form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms, including the non-refundable investment, the 6-month window, the 72-hour rescheduling policy, and that travel is not included.
